The convertible sofa bed in the living room can accommodate surprise guests or friends. A Smart 32’’ LED TV is deployed in the living room for entertainment duties, be it your favorite movie or sport. We offer unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi to facilitate work from home. You will love the neat touch of ambient lights, which can be set in various colors to suit your mood. Should you wish to cook, our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas connection, microwave oven, fridge, chimney, water purifier, mixer, utensils, and crockery. A fully automatic washing machine and iron add to your convenience. The apartment being on ground floor is perfectly comfortable for senior citizens as well.

Banks, ATM, general stores, and medical facilities are all in the vicinity.
