The perfect holiday home for families. This property has a HUGE 8-seater outdoor jacuzzi spa, 10 seater outdoor table, gas barbeque, sun lounges, & treetop views of the Arthurs Seat Eagle Chairlift from the back balcony. Bring your bikes, boat, jet skis and enjoy quality family time at our beautiful home.

Downstairs:
On the ground floor you will greeted by a large entry leading to a generous Queen bedroom with split system air-conditioning / heating and a sliding doors that open to a secluded courtyard offering privacy and protection.
The courtyard includes a BBQ and ten seater outdoor dining table with heating & fan. There is also a sparkling main bathroom that is superbly renovated, complete with standalone bath and washing machine, condenser clothes dryer and Tefal steam iron.
Downstairs offers a second living space / bedroom / kids retreat, with a king single bunk bed, trundle bed and double sofa bed. It also has a TV with apple TV for you to enjoy your favourite streaming channels. (heating & fan)
There is a double garage with one side having been converted into a games room, with ping pong table and lots of board games for the whole family to enjoy.
Upstairs:
Upstairs establishes the heart of the home which is bathed in natural light and is fully air conditioned and heated via split system. A fully equipped and beautifully renovated Chefs Kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
A large main living room with smart TV and a dining area for 12 people. Large stacker door opens to the sun-drenched balcony where you can enjoy a cheeky wine with your friends.
The master bedroom is also on this level which boasts a large King size bed, robes, luxe ensuite bathroom and a door leading to the front balcony (split system air con /heater).
The fourth bedroom is also on this level which contains two comfy single beds, robes and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy amazing views of Arthurs Seat Chairlift and National Park, (split system air-con / heating).
The yard is secured with remote control gates and it also has a garage available to you. So park the cars or the boat, there's plenty of room for all your toys. There is also a Sonos1 speaker, if you have the app on your phone you're most welcome to use it.
Pets are most welcome with prior notice; we just ask that you don’t allow them on the furniture and clean up after them inside and out. The yard is fully secure, so they will be very safe and happy.
There is a porta cot and highchair available at the property always however please bring your own linen for the little one. We have a ping pong table, board games and kids books and toys to keep the kids entertained.
