Loft bedroom upstairs (enclosed) with queen bed and bunk beds. A smaller third bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and a cot. Second bathroom downstairs. Separate play room fully equipped with a tv, toys and books. Fabulous outdoor entertaining area with heating and dining table. Child friendly with babygate to the upstairs area. Heating and air conditioning along with wood fire, pizza oven, Free wifi, smart tv with streaming, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, blender, BBQ, trampoline, swing/playground equipment, DVDs, high chair, iron, washer and dryer and kids toys.
