This large house is situated on the outskirts of the Timber town of Dwellingup, about 75 minute drive from Perth. Dwellingup is a mecca for Mountain bikers or walkers, and nature lovers. The 4th King Bedroom plus walk-in robe is available for an ADDITIONAL fee, giving you sleeping for up to 8 guests in total. 1 full bathroom with indoor toilet, plus a recently added 2nd separate toilet, a huge gourmet kitchen, 2 living areas to provide more space for larger groups, plus a separate Games Room with Soccer Foosball table, and large covered outdoor deck, barbecue and outdoor gas heater.

The town has a very good café, wineries nearby, a community run hotel and several craft centres. Lane Pool Reserve is nearby for canoeing or paddling and swimming. There is an Outdoor Adventure shop in town where bikes and canoes can be hired, or guided tours can be arranged for cycling and paddling activities.
