Accommodation in 3 beautifully appointed fully self contained Cottages in a "private park".
Each of the 3 cottages can accommodate up to 6 people. In each cottage the master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a single bed, a double bunk and a trundle bed; each bedroom has ample built-in robes. All cottages are exactly the same.
Capacity for up to 18 people (For groups greater than 12 people, conditions apply) in 3 cottages. Dybara Park is within walking distance to local Beaches, Lake, Bush Walking Tracks, Four Winds Auditoriums (Festival). Entertainment and games for groups (within our property), etc. 7 minutes away from Bermagui commodities, with the peace of bush, beach and nature.

Plenty of space for boat parking inside Dybara Park, next to or near the cottages. Please advise if you will be bringing a boat.. (Boat washing is not allowed inside the property).

We are located 7 minutes south of Bermagui next to "Nature's Open Concert Hall Four Winds & Windsong Pavilion", and within easy walking distance of three beautiful beaches.
Two secluded beaches only 1 block away of Dybara Park.
Barragga Bay beach, that only locals know, and in different direction Armands beach, optional clothing. Also, Cuttagee beach 800 mts away, which has a very nice and safe lagoon for small children at the other end of the beach.
We have various outdoor activities available onsite and nearby; or if you don't feel like leaving the comforts and privacy of Dybara Park, enjoy our in-ground pool and spa.
We are sure you will find the cottages very neat, comfortable and shaded by surrounding tall trees in a park setting *A well maintained (neat) full self contained cottages; (not just a hotel room). Usually air con is not required. However, cottage #1 has a split system air cond. All cottages have a different cost value.
Linen is included for the duration of your stay.(ie queen and single bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowslips, bath towels & bathmats, all you need to bring are your beach towels). Please keep in mind that rent excludes anything of consumption, it is self-supply. Anyway, we supply some initial toiletries.

If for some reason it is not left Dybara Park in similar conditions to the arrival, we'll take care (fees apply).

Beaches-Fishing-Whale watching - The Very Best Holiday
Barragga Beach is a pure delight and great for swimming. The waters are crystal clear and the sand pristine.
At nearby Cuttagee Beach, children can swim and play amid sheltered shallows. Fishing from the lake or beach should ensure the catch of the day. Surf fishing is also a favourite.
Armands Bay, a haven for those wishing a clothing optional swim. Although Armands Beach is world known, it is still a well kept secret here on the south coast.
Barraga Beach and Armands Beach are within easy walking distance from DYBARA PARK.
Whale watching. It is a marvellous experience to see the whales and their calves up close; a good free family day out.

In the event that it is not possible to consolidate your stay due to a disaster in our area or restrictions from the Australian government in our area, Dybara Park will credit or refund the money already paid to us as soon as possible.
Restrictions outside of our area do not apply to the above.
Property must be left in similar conditions of arrival or fees will apply (Eg. cleaning).
Please keep in mind that cleaning is not included in the rental price -Optional- Do it yourself or let our staff do it (fees apply).If for some reason it is not left Dybara Park in similar conditions to the arrival, we'll take care (fees apply).
The availability of the pool is subject to weather conditions and/or unforeseen pool failures.
* Dybara Park does not suit pub culture.
E.g. No cigarette butts or bottle caps anywhere on the grounds of Dybara Park.
Any damage or dirt, broken or "lost" items, fees apply.
Family oriented.
For group bookings, all guests must present a driver's license, passportor some kind of formal identification. Anyone without documentation is not allowed to stay.
Quotes can change from day to day, except when a deposit has been made.
When cancellation if caused by the client (including client breaking our Terms and Conditions), money paid is not refundable. If the cottage is re-let for the entire period, a refund will be considered; less $200 (per cottage) and less trading commissions paid.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated.Total loss of the bondand immediate cancellation of the booking, having to vacate immediately;if there are more guests(and/or) pets (and/or)visitors than agreed.
The term infant or baby is typically applied to young children between birth and 12 months (before talking or walking age; at the time of the stay;no fee applies).Toddlers & children, accommodation rates apply
The person who makes the reservation is fully responsible for his/her decision regarding the number of guests(Complying withgovernment regulations -eg: COVID-19), as well as for guests behavior.Additional guest costs are calculated at higher rates

Caravans or tents are not allowed
Dybara Park's facilities are for exclusive guests use; exceptions need to be specified by writing agreement. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, visitors, etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond plus additional costs. Any undeclared people, pets or visitors not included in original booking invoice, will incur -total loss of bond
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay. All breakages and loss or damages are to be reported immediately, charges will be incurred.Stains and food spills can incur billing fees.. All undeclared breakages will incur a minimum $20.00 charge per item. Any items missing from the cottages after departure will be charged from your bond.
Check-out time is 10 am by the latest (charges apply for over stay, minimum $90 per hour or fraction, per cottage)
It is forbidden inside the cottages: Smoking; Cooking of Fish or Curry. If there are strong smells and/or strong cooking odours when you depart an additional fee to deodorize the cottages will be charged from your bond. If incoming guests refuse to take up occupancy due to these smells and/or strong cooking odours from previous tenancies, the loss will be recoverable from the departed guest responsible.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the manager.Please note: the breach or ignorance of these Terms and Conditions means the cancellation of the stay(without any refund)and the partial or totalloss of the bond.

Dybara Parkoffice has video and sound cameras to use and record any additional agreements or attention calls. We also make use of mobile cameras to record any other necessary clarification.
As mentioned above, Dybara Park is situated in a park setting surrounded by tall trees and poor signs for Telstra and the like. Because of this, we have poor mobile phone reception. Also, we do not provide wi-fi because we cannot guarantee reception. Issues out of our control.
