Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an established suburb, yet facing a picturesque riperian zone full of giant Spotted Gum trees, the house is a fresh, spacious, modern build which blends into its surroundings with its matt black façade. Stepping inside, you are instantly drawn to the beautiful view of the bush through the huge 2.6m tall windows that span the living room. The kitchen is filled with natural light from the two large skylights and contains all of the necessary kitchenware with plenty of additional space for your food supplies. The bathroom is beautifully detailed with handmade Italian feature tiles and a second entry providing direct access to one of the bedrooms (queen bed). The second bedroom is quite large and houses a double bed and a set of bunks (for children only).

HOUSE RULES: no young groups, maximum guest stay FOUR adults (plus two children), no parties, no smoking at all on the property, no pets allowed, 7 night minimum stay during summer peak season.
Wake up early and watch the sun rise over the beautiful Malua Bay Surf Beach, or lie in and listen to the coastal breeze in the surrounding gum trees (visible from both bedrooms) and waves gently crashing in the distance. Relax and unwind or explore the amazing South Coast with endless pristine beaches, parks, restaurants / beach front cafes, heritage towns like Mogo (10 mins) / Mogo Zoo, Moruya Country Markets, fishing, snorkeling, national parks, and diverse wildlife including rare birds, dolphins, seals, and whales.
