The space
Enter this newly renovated unit into a foyer space and to the right, you’ll find an open plan living/ kitchen area with polished floorboards throughout. The kitchen has a big island bench-top and stools, four-burner gas cooktop, under bench oven and family-sized fridge. It flows through to the living space which has beautiful authentic period features harking back to its original Edwardian architecture, mixed with modern touches.
A large flatscreen TV hangs above a fireplace with a gas heater built into it, while the two-seater sofa converts into a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to four people if required.
