Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. More retreat than residence, this exquisitely presented six-bedroom home is an excellent balance of luxury, proportion, and quality, staged over two beautifully curated levels where there is plenty of room for everyone.
Entertaining and dining outdoors will become a daily joy with a superb alfresco area flowing seamlessly off an open plan living area and absorbing a serene view over the property.

Whether you want to bring your boat, have a break with the family or just in the area for work, we have it all for you.
Family Escape consists of 1 king bed, 2 queens, 5 singles and one cot. Our king bed is in the main bedroom with ensuite.
Upstairs is a queen bed in a loft with lounge room and ensuite. Downstairs we have 4 bedrooms all adjacent to a spacious main bathroom.
One of the rooms has a queen. 2 rooms have 2 singles and the baby room has a cot and a single mattress.
At the end of the hallway it opens to our kitchen, dining, main living, where everybody can enjoy each others company.
Outside is where we enjoy our time the most. Walk off the back deck to our 1.5 acre yard that backs on the Mudd Creek. You can put the kayak in for a nice calm paddle up and around out to Edmonds Bay, or better yet, bring your boat to launch into Lake Macquarie from one of the local boat ramps. Our property has room for parking and wash area after a day out on the lake.
