Relax and unwind in this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath classic Folly Beach cottage, with a fully enclosed private hot-cold outdoor rain shower off of the half bath. Respectfully renovated to maintain its historic integrity, you'll appreciate the mix of old and new. From the smooth stained concrete floor that cools your bare feet to the beautifully reclaimed wood ceiling, this one of a kind cottage promises a memorable retreat. The cozy living area is perfect to relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, furnishings include an L-shaped leather sofa that opens out into queen size bed. The modernized kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, custom wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The full size bathroom has large walk-in shower with seamless glass door and rain shower head.
Outside, relax with utmost privacy in the lush landscape that offers ample space to grill and dine around the courtyard patio. This yard is highlighted with many ancient live oaks that dot the large, fenced lot, where soft grass invites all to romp and play—including pets. There's also a private outdoor rain shower and laundry room with half-bath to make cleanup a breeze. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
