12. Any missing items in home will have additional fees to replace. Keys should be returned back to lockboxes upon check out. If keys are lost there is a $25 dollar fee to replace them.
13. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $20 after 30 days of stay for required change of linen. To avoid fees, you may wash linen yourself every 3 weeks. If linen is found damaged or stained at the end of stay, you will be charged a $50 replacement.
14. Clear out any items left in the refrigerator prior to checkout.
15. DO NOT flush wipes down the toilet! Not even "flushable" wipes!
16. The thermostat is set for 74F or 75F in the Winter season & 72F in the Spring/Summer season. Please contact host with any concerns.
17. All personal items must be kept inside your room.
