The home has a glamorous bathroom and a functional laundry with a washer and dryer. An open living area includes a kitchen, lounge, and dining and adjoins an eightball room. The lounge room features a large flat screen TV and DVD with a selection of dvd's and books. The home also has a lovely secluded pergola with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
