This home is just minutes from Bondi Road which is filled with cafés, trendy restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, pubs, bakeries, massage parlours, salons and petrol stations. Walk about 15 minutes in the opposite direction and find yourself with your toes in the sand at some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. Not a fan of walking? Buses run approximately every 6-10 minutes with routes to Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction or into the city. You can also drive if you have your own mode of transportation!
Getting Around:
Convenient access to the best that Bondi has to offer. The iconic Bondi Beach is just a short stroll away, where you can soak up the sun or catch some waves. Public transportation options are abundant, with bus stops nearby to take you to the city or explore other parts of Sydney. Additionally, you'll find plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant local scene without the need for a car.

Accessibility: Please note there are narrow stairs in the property that lead to the bedroom. If you have issues with using stairs we recommend you reach out to us prior to booking.
Construction Work: Our neighbours are building a new home and that means during 2024 there will be construction going on next door. While they have permits to work from 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday we hope impact is as little as possible. If you are sensitive to noise, have to work etc we ask you to carefully consider if our home is the right option for you.
