Summary: The room was comfortable however there was NO HOT WATER! After a long day on the road all I was looking forward to was a hot shower, and it was cold. I thought perhaps because I was last in the complex but at 4.30am this morning it was still cold. I am travelling for work and have an important meeting this morning and not happy I couldn't have a hot shower first!
