Hand-built by host and artisan Max, The Studio at Greenough Nature Stay is designed to offer a private getaway in the charming historic town of Greenough, just outside Geraldton. The private apartment includes a king size bedroom and possibility for other guests on a sofa bed in the lounge (or rental of 2 other double bedrooms at extra cost). The kitchen is equipped with ample storage and utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, double hot plate and fridge/freezer. There is also a private lounge area with TV, Netflix, WiFi, coffee table and extra seating.
Set amongst 15 acres of native bushland, you can get back to nature with fresh eggs from our chickens and ducks and unwind amongst our lush vegetable garden. Guests have access to the entire grounds, plus laundry room. Feel free to pick-your-own veg and I can also offer tours of my on-site woodworking workshop. One-on-one woodworking sessions can also be arranged. Sessions can be catered to your interests and artisanal products crafted to your specifications.
Greenough Nature Stay is located in the historic town of Greenough, just outside Geraldton and conveniently situated directly off the Brand Highway for an easy stopover. In Greenough you'll find the historic settlement and museum, scenic walking trails along the river and the famous Leaning Gum Trees. We are dog-friendly and also have an area for them to sleep or stay whilst you are out and about visiting.
