A lovely, sunny and well equipped property. There is a great deck with BBQ and outdoor setting surrounded by a large fully fenced garden. The lounge is open plan with tv and dvd, comfortable sofas and large dining table. The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher and all you will require to cook up a storm and feed the family. There is split system heating and cooling in the lounge and extra portable electric heating. One couch converts to a sofa bed for extra guests.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a single. One queen bedroom has access to the patio. The main bathroom has a large spa to relax in and the 2nd bathroom with shower is combined with the laundry.
Sit on the covered patio and enjoy your morning cuppa.
Note the garage is not available.
