Located on the top level (16) in an absolute Harbour front block. Two new lifts* and parking*. Heated pool & BBQ area* on the water’s edge (heated for 6 months from October). Spacious and bright with stunning views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Ideal for NYE fireworks. A pleasant ferry ride to the city centre, close to train, bus and local amenities. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Will accomodate up to 4 people on request at an extra charge of $50 pp/pn. The sofa bed will be made up accordingly. If only 2 people and sofa is required there is a charge of $50 for the extra linen and make up of sofa bed. Please advise in advance. THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.
