Spectacular ocean views from all areas, a true beach house. Just 22 metres from the public access entrance to Hargraves Beach. Located on the only beach side street in the Norah Head/Noraville area.
Safe, secure and family friendly. Just over an hour's drive from Sydney, 20 minutes south of Newcastle and 40 minutes from the Hunter Valley's wine region. An off-the-main-road, convenient location.

Secure two car garage at street level (with remote & internal stair access). There is an additional bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity in the street level double garage and there are two external showers.
The middle floor of our beach house has 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 5 bedrooms. This level also includes a 47m wrap-around balcony, all the backyard, BBQ, heated spa and herb garden.
The top level of the house is separate and completely self-contained with it's own laundry, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, house access, garage entrance and private access. This level is occupied by the owners. Privacy is strictly assured and no need to pick up or drop off keys from another location.
BEDING - Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 can be made into either twin singles or pushed together to make a King. Allowing full flexibility to choose either single beds, 4 kings or any combination for these 4 rooms. The 5th bedroom has two sets of Bunk beds.
True 12 guest accommodation - Up to 12 guests can dine together at a dining table with ocean views, be seated in the lounge room together or share 2 lounge room areas, 12 guests can share 3 bathrooms and 4 wc's and easily fit the outside furniture on the balconies, back yard and around the 8 person outdoor spa.
WIFI included.
Prices includes linen, bath towels, pillows, blankets and tea towels.

Please note: the maximum number of guests is 12 + 2 INFANTS - if there are small children, we can be a little flexible but maximum adults is 12 - we recommend no more than 10 seniors guests. Our base price is for 6 guests to cater for smaller groups & giving full flexibility up to 12 guests and two infants.
The mandatory house cleaning fee includes fresh refill of outdoor heated spa.
Large groups of adults are ONLY accepted on the basis that they respect our neighbours and abide by our terms, conditions and rental agreement. We have a low noise policy, a fee will apply if we receive complaints from our neighbours. Parties and Functions are prohibited and will result in loss of your bond, eviction and/or additional payments. You the person making the booking, are responsible for the conduct of every guest at this property.
This is a NON SMOKING residence and NO smoking is allowed indoors, if you wish to smoke please do so outdoors (trays provided).
All cutlery, including laundry and kitchen detergent, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, coffee, tea and sugar starter pack are provided - no need to bring water as the fridge has filtered water and ice on tap.

External security cameras present. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our guests. The cameras are located at the front, sides and rear of the house covering the external doors, access areas and perimeter. The spa is NOT in view of any security cameras. The cameras are strictly for security purposes only.
LOCAL FACILITIES:
BEACHES - Beach access is opposite the house leading to a family-friendly beach. Hargraves Beach is protected by 5 reefs creating calmer conditions, ideal for children. There are also patrolled surf beaches a short distance away at Lakes Beach and Soldiers Beach. Nearby Cabbage Tree Harbour has a tidal rock pool and a small sheltered beach suitable for young children.
Jenny Dixon Beach has a park and a public picnic (BBQ's) area within 5 minutes walking distance.
It has about 100 steps from the park to the beach - a great step workout.
LAKES - Lake Macquarie, Budgewoi Lake & Tuggerah Lake are nearby and are ideal for water sports and fishing. There are also cycling and walking paths along almost the entire sections of these lakes
