JUST STEP OUT THE FRONT DOOR AND WALK ACROSS THE ROAD TO DICKY BEACH AND THE LOCAL SHOPS. This Beach House is in a highly sought after area of Sunshine Coast due to its proximity to the beach and close to all the local Sunshine Coast attractions. The east facing position means you can enjoy the morning sunshine and views of the ocean. In the evenings take a short 100m stroll to the Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club for dinner and drinks. Have fun in the surf which is just a 50m stroll to the patrolled beach. This beach house is double story plus a 3rd level viewing deck. The third level has a viewing deck that has panoramic views of the ocean. Just imagine having afternoon cocktails and nibbles whilst taking in the breathtaking views. There is a fenced yard which is suitable for a dog outside. The dog beaches at Currimundi and Moffat beaches are just a short stroll away. The second level has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto the patio where you have views of the ocean. There are 3 double size bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor with the main bedroom having glass sliding doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen has stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances. An Added bonus is that you have Foxtel.
