This Beach House is in a highly sought after area of Sunshine Coast due to its proximity to the beach and close to all the local Sunshine Coast attractions. The east facing position means you can enjoy the morning sunshine and views of the ocean. In the evenings take a short 100m stroll to the Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club for dinner and drinks. Have fun in the surf which is just a 50m stroll to the patrolled beach. This holiday accommodationis double story plus boasts a 3rd level viewing deck with panaoramic ocean views. Imagine having afternoon cocktails and nibbles whilst taking in thosebreathtaking views. There is a small fenced yard which is suitable for a small outside dog. The dog beaches at Currimundi and Moffat beaches are just a short stroll away. The second level has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto the patio where you have views of the ocean. There are 3 double size bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor with the main bedroom having glass sliding doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen has stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances. An Added bonus is that you have Foxtel. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the kitchen utensils that you need. Air conditioning will assist with the heating and cooling what- ever time of the year you choose to holiday here. Ceiling fans are also scattered throughout the house. The ground level has a games room with a pool table and 2 single trundle beds. You can watch the children cool off in the pool and spa (not heated) whilst the rest of the family take the challenge of a game of Pool or Billiards and you also have the added bonus of free wifi. There is a double garage with remote controlled roller doors for your added convenience and security. The perfectaccommodation in Caloundra for a holiday you'll never want to forget! All pillows and blankets are provided but you will be required to supply your own linen and cleaning products.
