The kitchen is fully-equipped, and make use of the Weber BBQ out the back. The secure garage adjoins the house, and there is a separate laundry. Nothing in Coffs is far away, and within minutes you can be at the Jetty precinct or one of the famous beaches, Coffs Central and Park Beach Plaza and HomeBase for shopping, the waterside Friday night and Sunday morning markets, and cafes and restaurants. There are surfing and other water sports, golf, the Botanic Gardens, and whale watching.
Further afield, don’t miss the Butterfly House, and be sure to visit Sawtell and Bellingen. Don’t forget the Big Banana! EV owners are welcome to use the Tesla Wall Connector in the garage. You may see “Lucky”, our Eastern Water Dragon, in the back yard. He will usually just mind his own business, but you may hear him dashing for cover if disturbed or see him sunning himself on one of the deck steps.
