The house is a spacious shack which is family- and pet-friendly. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. Set on a large block a short walk from famous Second Valley beach, the house has a large front deck shaded by a beautiful old gum, an undercover outdoor living area and fenced garden safe for children and pets at the rear
Accommodation for Families
The house has a modern kitchen with full size cooktop and oven, microwave and food preparation area. It is equipped with all the pots, pans and appliances you need. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving bowls for guests and visitors.
The dining area with table and 6 chairs flows on from the kitchen into the living area.

Has a queen bed, bedside drawers and chest of drawers
Bedroom 2
has a queen bed bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has 2 bunk beds with double beds below and singles on the top. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player. The bedroom opens onto the undercover entertainment area with table and and 8 chairs.
Living Area
Is furnished with a 2 large, comfy leather sofas and has a flat screen tv with a Fetch box. There is a Bluetooth music player available and a selection of books.
Main bathroom
Has a shower, toilet and vanity unit .
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and second toilet.
Backyard
Is fully fenced , There is a grassed area and a fire pit which can be used when there are no fire restrictions ( please bring your own wood). The garage is not available to guests
The front of the property has a large deck which accommodates a table, benches and chairs (stored in the laundry). It is not fenced from the street.
Off street Parking
Is available for up to 3 cars.
The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning. Bedroom 3 also has reverse cycle air conditioning. Bedroom 1 and 2 have ceiling fans. There are electric blankets on all the double beds.
BYO sheets and towels. These can be provided for an additional $25 per bed per stay
Price is for 2 guests. Additional fee of $25 per person per night ( children under the age of two free)
Please note : the maximum number of guests is 8 due to the property relying on rainwater and septic system.
