Walking distance to the Stand of Port Elliot; which is the town centre and cafes and hotels. Boomer Beach and Horseshoe Bay are not far away; Ikumi is a perfect spot to spend weekends and holidays. A family friendly home perfect for beachside holidays.
Linen is included in the tariff. Ikumi has two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two sets of bunks and also an extra double futon in the kids lounge area. A portacot and a highchair are also available. Ikumi is now fully air conditioned for all year round comfort. Two lounge areas and a large deck, plus BBQ, at the back for relaxing. Two large screen TVs, a DVD player, Netflix available Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 allow plenty of space for family entertainment.
