This adults-only property is perched on 20 acres with spectacular views all the way to Mount Dandenong and beyond. This stunning ultra modern self contained architect-designed house is located among some of Yarra Valley's finest wineries with Kinglake National Park as a backdrop.
This quality entertaining house boasts a large undercover outdoor deck area with custom built solar heated pool, outdoor fireplace and large sun deck overlooking the Yarra Valley and beyond with outdoor furniture and pool lounge chairs. Take a walk on our private trail to the top of the hill overlooking the Kinglake National Park.
It boasts 3 large king size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 5 star hotel quality fittings and fixtures including sunken bath in the main ensuite under a cathedral ceiling.
The open-plan dining and lounge has huge 10 metre wide glass bi-fold doors that open onto the deck area. The kitchen is well appointed with European appliances with lots of tools you need to have a fabulous cook-up after an exciting day of wine tasting, golf or a spa treatment. It has reverse cycle heating and cooling and/or ceiling fans in the bedrooms and hydronic heating as well as two indoor fireplaces.
Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table under another cathedral ceiling in the north wing complete with wet bar and library.
