The Space:
Once you step inside this open plan home, you have the choice of many separate living areas. Either step down to a lounge area with views across the front of the property or dine at the large dining table for 8 and gaze out of the window at the garden. There is a breakfast bar in the well-appointed kitchen which is equipped with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, a pantry stocked with the basics for you to use and plenty of bench top space.
Adjoining the kitchen is another living area with enormous TV, including Netflix, lots of comfy seating, a double sofa bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning and large sliding glass doors to step outside onto a balcony with BBQ to take in more sea views.
In the middle of the home is another lounge area, perfect as a little reading nook.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress, walk in robe and large ensuite with bath, shower, toilet, vanity and heat lamp.
Bedroom 2 also has a walk-in robe and queen bed with pillow top mattress.
