Full kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge. Brand new reverse cycle air conditioning to ensure comfort. Main bedroom has its own ensuite with bath. Elevated walkway from street into the top floor. 8 minute walk to the beach and another 2 minutes along the walkway to the Yilki Deli and the restaurants next to it.
