Positive: This house is in a great location -We enjoyed being able to walk casually along beachfront as well as enjoy a beach swim just opposite the house. The house had great sized rooms with comfortable furniture in the lounge room. Our bed was very comfy. The kitchen was well appointed with a variety of kitchenware. The house was presented very well and was extremely clean. It is easy to see that renovations have been done on this house but more is needed in the area of cooling and heating. When the owner was contacted about a problem we had she quickly solved it for us. She also passed on many touristy tips.

Negative: The air-cooling provided was not adequate for the very hot days that we had. What was provided was antiquated and very noisy. Clear Instructions would have been helpful to find the laundry in an outside shed. When opening the backdoor you step straight into the bathroom and then into the kitchen. This area could be very busy and very awkward if friends are sharing the house.

Summary: A comfortable holiday house with great views of beach and easy walk to town facilities.
