Our home is “your holiday home” overlooking the sea as you enjoy the delights the region has to offer. Relax and rejuvenate in this fresh, light and welcoming retreat which overlooks beautiful Tumby Bay with its white sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, new oven and hot plates, plus a toaster and microwave. The kitchen and living space is open plan and is fitted with reverse cycle split system air conditioning for your comfort. The large windows look out to the absolutely stunning views of Tumby Bay. A TV/DVD/Video is situated in the lounge area along with a CD player and iPod docking station.
The Jewel of the South has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a king bed, 2nd bedroom a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a tri-bunk. There are pillows and quilts on all beds and the linen and towels are provided, so all you need to bring is a beach towel and groceries.
The bathroom has a shower and bath and there are two separate toilets. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Relax and enjoy the sunset out the back in the undercover alfresco area complete with outdoor setting and 4 Burner BBQ (including gas).
The boat ramp is just a short 5 minute drive which is perfect for the keen fisherman. The back yard is large enough for several cars and a boat, and there is a fish cleaning area for your convenience.
