Thank you to all our wonderful guests who have made “Beaudesert Cottage” such a success over the past 2 years. We are delighted to offer “Kanimbla” only 5 kilometres from “Beaudesert”, perfect for weddings, functions, family gatherings and country escapes.
“Kanimbla” is a large modern 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom country Homestead set on 550 acres of sheep and cattle grazing land, between Mudgee and Gulgong.
The architecturally designed home features a wonderful large open plan kitchen area complete with SMEG appliances.
Separating the two living areas is a double sided fireplace that is well positioned to heat the whole house. There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and electric blankets on all the beds to ensure you’re warm on frosty mornings.
The house is well suited to children. There is a seperate living area with a large television, board games and books. Bring along your push bikes or scooter, the verandah makes a great track!
The verandah has a large entertaining area with fabulous views looking out to the “Beaudesert” hills. There is a Webber gas barbecue.
You will find the pantry well stocked with tea and coffee plus the usual essentials. All linen and towels are included.
Guests are welcome to picnic in the paddock with the sheep, cattle and kangaroos or climb the hills for views or just enjoy sipping wine or coffee on the expansive wraparound verandah. The views of the hills overlooking the Cudgegong River are spectacular at any hour.
