The lounge room / living area would be one of the largest for a snowy house with exposed timber rafters to the ceiling giving you a sense of even more space.
Inside has been completely re-lined, new carpet and bamboo timber flooring throughout.
The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cutlery and crockery one could possible need. It has the lot!!
When the owners complete the deck extension and laundry / second bathroom this house will challange as one of the best stayz in Talbingo!!.
KOSCIUSZKO LODGE FEATURES:
Kosciuszko Lodge is situated in a prime location. The property has great views of the mountains and views of Jounama Dam from the rear deck.
The property backs onto Park land and has rear access for boats or other vehicles.
Kosciuszko Lodge is only a few minutes walk from any of Talbingo's amenities including, children's playground, park, sporting oval, Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, Talbingo Lodge Restaurant, supermarket and service station.
The lounge room has a large SMARTTV. Comfortable seating throughout and a reverse cycle split system air-conditioning unit are present.
The kitchen at present is more than adequate. Two fridges are present, microwave, electric stove and a Nespresso Coffee Machine.
All three bedrooms have been newly renovated and contain built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 and 3 have Split System Air-Conditioning Units. Electric blankets and bedding (excluding sheets and towels) have been provided for your convenience. The bedding configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed.
Bedroom 2 - Double/single bunk x 2. (sleeps 6)
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed.
If required Sheets and towels can be hired for the following rates;
Queen/double - $20 each bed
Single - $10 each bed
The property has level yards, rare in Talbingo, to enjoy those warm summer days or gather around the FIRE PIT at night.
The concrete driveway makes for easy access if towing or storing boats.
