Welcome to paradise. La Bella Vista is a modern absolute waterfront house with deep water jetty in Brightwaters, Lake Macquarie (approximately 1 hour north of Sydney, 10 minutes off the F3 freeway).
Lake Macquarie is Australia's largest salt water lake and a watersports haven. With the lake at the bottom of the garden you can enjoy a swim or kayak, have a fish, or tie your boat to the jetty. Then wander inside and relax in air-conditioned luxury.
As well as the convenience of having the lake at your doorstep, the house also boasts large open-plan living areas, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen facilities, laundry & ironing facilities, BBQ, TV / DVD, Espresso machine, two adult and two children's kayaks with life jackets, 1 stand up paddle board.

We are pet friendly accommodation with an enclosed, fully fenced garden. Pets are to be kept off the furniture and carpeted areas. Pets must be fully toilet trained, non chewing, digging, and non shedding.
