King Bedroom: has an en-suite with a large shower and a separate bathtub, walk in wardrobe, air-conditioning and balcony with lake front views.
Queen Bedroom (Upstairs): has a sofa, air-conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, built in wardrobe. It is serviced by an adjacent bathroom and separate toilet.
Queen Bedrooms (Downstairs): built in wardrobes, both rooms share a bathroom opposite with a separate toilet.
Upstairs Living Room: double sofa bed, Single Day Bed, air-conditioning, TV with PlayStation & DVD player, fully opening bi-fold doors onto a balcony with lake front views, bean bags & board games.
Downstairs Living & Dining Room: large, square 8 seater dining table (can seat 10 with 2 extra chairs), Air-conditioning, Pool Table, TV with Foxtel & Netflix.
Outdoors: 25m private jetty, flexible outdoor dining table (can be set up as one large table, or two smaller ones). Fire pit with a long bench seat. Fish from the jetty (bring your own gear). Launch your boat or jet ski at the boat ramp located just 200m down the end of the street and park at the jetty by the back door.
Kitchen & Laundry: There is a dishwasher, induction stove top, oven, large microwave, coffee pod machine, fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, foil, gladwrap, condiments etc. There is a washing machine in the laundry.
Garage & extras: double garage has a ping pong table, clothes line, 2nd fridge & life jackets. There is also Cricket, Boccee, Badmington, Volleyball, Totem Tennis & Magnetic Dart Board. There is also plenty of off street parking.
We are environmentally conscious hosts and have had a large solar power system installed and have a recycled water system.
We now have a new IGA at the local shops a short stroll away.
Please note that we do not allow parties, weddings, schoolies, bucks or hens functions. Pets are not permitted at Sand so please don't ask.
