The modern kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a large stone island bench, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cook top and oven. The Kitchen is kitted out with all the accessories you will require, from the Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, slow cooker, blender, platters, bowls etc. Condiments such as cooking oils, spices, and some pantry staples are also available for guest use.
The home is all one level, and the open living area boasts a comfortable lounge in front of a 75" smart television with Netflix, Disney and Binge for you to enjoy. If television isn't for you, there are loads of activities such as ring toss, board games, books, puzzles and art supplies for your use.
The bedrooms are minimally decorated with new comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans and bedside lamps, perfect for a peaceful night rest.

The most desirable feature of this beautiful home is the huge, covered rear deck overlooking tropical palms and Smiths Lake. When you walk through the large stack sliding doors out onto the deck, you will be transported into a lush tropical oasis. The deck is appointed with all the comforts you need to relax. Enjoy cooking on the 6-burner gas BBQ whilst sipping drinks from the bar fridge. There are two 8-seater dining tables one inside the home and one on the deck. You will be spoilt for options for a comfortable spot to curl up. There is a 6-seater lounge, 2 tub chairs and 2 swinging egg chairs to choose from.
Washing off the salt & sand after a day at one of the iconic local beaches or lake is an ease with an outdoor hot and cold shower.
Laguna is suited to all weather conditions with a remote-control split system reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and main area and free Wi Fi.
