This beautiful self-contained guest suite has a ramp entrance to a contemporary light filled space with a gorgeous King Bed, luxury crisp hotel linens, with private deck, huge bathroom, & walk in shower with shower bench to soothe aching muscles. The suite is super-sized, with a beautiful sun lit deck for morning coffee or a glass of wine. A mini kitchen & bar fridge for essentials. Luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner. Nespresso machine. Lovely dining table & chairs, Wifi, 50" TV, EV charger.
The space
Reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. Mini kitchen, bar fridge, microwave, dining table, chairs & console table. Special touches include a rain shower, a hand shower and a bench in the shower to sit on. Luxury hotel linens and bathrobes. A cosy reading nook. A huge TV. Good wifi.
With notice, we can organise a savoury platter for a late-night arrival, or a breakfast basket to ease into the day.
It's an easy 5min walk to the main street.

Fabulous, superb quality restaurants in Kyneton & Woodend, and nearby Romsey (Soltan Pepper) are great too. For local meals, the Lancefield Hotel is the place for pub meals & A Slice of Perfection’s gourmet pizza is fantastic. The Lancefield Lodge is wonderful
Please note - the country might be gorgeous; internet & power can be unreliable in major storms.
The room is big enough to host a small baby in your own crib. No crawling bubs, no toddlers as its not suitable.
Guest access
Separate access to the guest suite. Your own private door from a common ramp entry. The suite is fully self-contained. Private deck. Parking out the front, or otherwise on the street under the tree.
Disabled access is not perfect, but ramp and bathroom are accessible. There is a lip on both doors (entrance door, and door to deck).
Other things to note.
I can give you tips on wineries, food spots & local shops.
Lancefield is an easy 5min walk. A beautiful drive to Woodend, Riddles Creek, Romsey & Kyneton. Daylesford is just an extra hop away.
Please note, some sketched artwork in the suite features female nudity. If this is going to be offensive, please do not book the suite.
I am a keen gardener, & being a relatively new residence I am still toiling in the back yard most weekends. The suite does not suit toddlers.
