Welcome to Sea Lake and our lovingly restored country home. This picturesque house has seen a lot and we've brought it back to life for you to enjoy. With high ceilings, large living areas, a big family kitchen and beautiful bedrooms, you'll have more than enough space to relax in. We have gardens you can ponder in, and a fire to curl up to. The home is walking distance to shops and eateries, and a short drive to the famous Lake Tyrell.

The property is large, it will suit a family or group of friends but is also charming and cosy for a couple to enjoy. It is spacious and has a very peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. We have decorated this house with a collaborative mix of eclectic personal pieces, artwork and furnishings all sourced from various places over the years. This has created a feeling of family, comfort and home.
The house has a large fully equipped country style kitchen, with a 6 element gas burning stove and two ovens. Plenty of room to gather while cooking up a feast.
Sleep soundly with plush pillows, over size donas, floor to ceiling curtains and block out blinds. You will be sure to get a good nights sleep.
With a park opposite and views to the silos, you can utilise the front veranda with a book, or enjoy a drink with friends to watch the sunset.
Having a BBQ in the backyard with family and friends? With a large outdoor covered patio providing plenty of sun protection, there is room for two families or small gatherings.
Visiting in winter? Rug up next to the indoor fire, watch Netflix or play a board game with friends and listen to your own music through the sound system.
Perhaps you would prefer to watch the sunset, while soaking in the large freestanding bath tub- this is one of our favourite pastimes. With underfloor heating and a rain shower, utilising the bathroom is something to look forward to after a day out exploring the surrounding country.
There is ducted cooling throughout the house, plus air-conditioning in the kitchen, family/living areas and one of the bedrooms. There are also ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.
