PROPERTY INFO:
Our home has a completely separate basement apartment. We have one quiet and respectful long term tenant living there. There are no shared spaces inside or outside. Please respect our neighborhood quiet hours of 10pm to 7 am.
We have a bonus room that is separate from the house. It is set up as a combo workout space and work from home space. It has wifi. It is not connected to central air conditioning or heat. This space has its own wall heater and a fan for cooling in summer months.
YouTube TV is provided for guests. Guests will be able to watch live, local network cable with this service. Login provided at time of booking. Guests may access their Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc via our amazon fire stick.
Seasonally we grow veggies in our yard. Please help yourself to anything growing at the time of your visit. We like to make sure yard and gardens are kept up. We try to maintenance as much as possible between guest stays but may need to attend to some landscaping needs during your stay.
Our detached garage is a separate rental space. It is completely fenced off from home.
GENERAL RULES:
-Guests are responsible for locking all doors when in/out of the home.
-There is a late check-out fee of $50/hr as this can affect our cleaner’s schedule.
-No unregistered guests on the property without prior permission.
-Smoking is not permitted on the property. If we find that a guest has been smoking there will be a $250 fine charged to the guest.
PET RULES:
-Pet waste must be cleaned up in the yard daily.
-Please refrain from letting pets roam free unattended outside. Our yard is separated into an area for our long term tenant & a seperate area for our airbnb guests. Although the perimeter of the full yard is fenced, the division between the two sections is not fenced/dog proof. It is okay for dog to be in the full yard but needs to be supervised as our long term tenant may be entering through their specified gate at any time.
-Pets are not welcome on furniture/beds while inside the house.
-We understand accidents happen. It is recommended to clean up after your pet during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to home/contents of home including staining/odors that require specialized cleaning or replacement of items.
