THE SPACE
Delightful, stylish home, with all comforts. The owners live here part of the year and let guests stay while they are away. Hence you find a fully functional home. Downstairs features front yard patio, open plan living, dining area overlooking the water, back deck, bathroom and laundry and 3rd overflow room with sofa bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms and one bathroom.
JETTY AND BOATS
You can launch your boat at the boat ramp at McInherney Close at the end of Riverpark Road, just around the corner, and sail or motor across to our jetty.
PARKING AND STORAGE
Driveway parking and free street parking. The front yard has an enclosed area where surf boards and other fun equipment can be stored.
Note - lock up garage is not available to guests, is in use for owner storage.
