The grand circular driveway and impressive porte cochere and entrance hall, set the tone for the rest of this well appointed property. Unwind outdoors by the huge California style pool, surrounded by tropical palm trees, or relax in the decadent indoor heated pool, complete with water feature. For those who need to work whilst travelling there is a large office and mac computer supplied. And for the relaxing times the owner has supplied a few bikes to explore the area on.
This expansive house boasts multiple beautifully furnished indoor and outdoor living areas, home cinema room equipped with Platinum Foxtel, FREE WIFI, games, DVD's and a large fully equipped kitchen. Sip cocktails by the pool or dine on locally bought seafood and holiday feasts in the indoor dining room, poolside in the cabana/bar or alfresco in the outdoor entertaining area.
One Mile Mansion is the ultimate resort like holiday house, which is ideal for any family to enjoy together, whilst providing everyone with space to retreat to when desired.
There are 5 spacious and glamorous bedrooms, the master with ensuite and WIR has a king bed. The second bedroom joins to the master bedroom with 2 King singles or King zipped (please notify preference on booking form). Bedroom 3 & 4 have a queen bed and bedroom 5 also has 2 King singles or King zipped (please notify preference on booking form).You will sleep in comfort as every bed is a brand new pillow top sealy posturepedic ensemble.
***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****

Some of the luxuries you can enjoy are Platter/Boards, BBQ Packs, Picnics, Breakfast Boxes which can be added when you complete you Guest Agreement. Additional costs apply.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Beach/pool towels are an additional $8 per towel to hire. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 people including children. We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. There are no exceptions - it's a MAXIMUM of 10 guests.
One Mile Mansion has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
