A further flat screen TV/DVD upstairs and i-pod dock with indoor/outdoor ceiling speaker system makes music accessible virtually anywhere in the house. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two single beds.
Ample outdoor entertaining on both upper and lower levels, BBQ on upper level, ensures a high level of comfort and versatility. Supplied by rain water, full double glazing throughout and solar hot water, make this an environmentally friendly holiday destination.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property.
