Summary: Machiya Cottage was indeed charming. This home was filled with charming pieces from yesteryear like a singer sewing machine and beautiful paintings. The home was filled with character and comfort which made us feel totally at home. The private garden was so beautiful. I enjoyed picking herbs from the garden to garnish our dinner. So relaxing. We will be back.
