Positive: Wonderful location. Relaxed and characterful

Negative: Only one bathroom with the only toilet in it. Management of the property was efficient but bordering on officious. The significant bond of $400 plus cc fee is deducted from your card a week before arrival and is only refunded a week after departure. Of the five properties we stayed in during our 2 week holiday, Experience Augusta was the only company that deducted a bond.
