This marvellous property is just a short walk to patrolled Malua Bay beach for a swim, or stroll down the residents track to McKenzies Beach for the surf or Pretty Bay Beach for snorkelling. A plethora of choice awaits.
The property features three bedrooms, sleeping seven and a separate dining area. However, it's outside where this property excels. There's an 'old-school' games room with a pool table, dart board, second fridge and second bathroom in the converted garage. The outdoor living areas include a lovely patio and a large deck out front that allows you to comfortably enjoy the fantastic view and provides the perfect opportunity to spot whales!
