The Space:
Enter this beautifully designed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment into an open plan living/dining/kitchen space with stylish floorboards throughout. The kitchen comes equipped with double sink, 4 burner gas cooktop, under-bench electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and separate milk frother, while the dining area has a table for 4 people and flows through to the living space with a smart TV, occasional chair, floor rug and a 2-seater sofa that folds out to a double bed if needed. This living area features a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing dramatic city views, and a sliding door which takes you out to a balcony with a table setting for 2 people.
Coming off the living area, you’ll find the bedroom with a queen-sized bed, side tables and a wall of mirrored wardrobes with lots of hanging space for longer stays. Inside a wardrobe you’ll also find a spare heater and fan to help keep you comfortable in any season. The bedroom also has its own floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the balcony and the same stunning city views, with blinds to help minimize the light.
A roomy bathroom offers a combined step-in bath/ shower with frameless glass screen, and also houses a Bosch washing machine and separate clothes dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Melbourne, you’ll enjoy all the conveniences that the CBD has to offer. The Spencer Factory Outlet Centre, along with a Coles and Woolworths, are practically at your doorstep. Bourke Street Mall is just a stroll away, home to many major shopping retailers, while the apartment is also close to countless shops and eateries in the surrounding streets and laneways that Melbourne is famous for. Marvel Stadium is less than 10 minutes’ walk away, as is the Melbourne Aquarium. Southbank shopping/restaurant precinct and Crown Casino are just across the Yarra River, with Federation Square, the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne’s Chinatown and Flagstaff Gardens are also close by.
Getting Around:
The apartment is in an ideal location for public transport, with Melbourne’s iconic trams right outside the building offering free services within the CBD (Downtown). Southern Cross train station is only a 3 minute stroll away, where you can catch metropolitan, regional and interstate services, along with ‘Skybus’ services to and from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport for both domestic and international flights.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-inprocess.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 3 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
