Positive: The pictures don't do it justice. I could sit all day on the balcony and enjoy the sun, the view, the wildlife. Birds and Kangaroos visit every morning and evening. It also has state of the art tech and has been designed by someone who understands the needs of a holiday rental. Lots of towels were available in the laundry. There are speakers around the house that spotify could connect to. The airconditioning works really well. There is a rubber plant in the ensuite, wireless charging and too many little convenient amenities to list. It says 250m to the beach but the water is much, much closer - it's a short walk to the paths to beach in either direction. Directly opposite there are public bbqs and picnic benches and a playground for kids.
Negative: could use one clearly marked switch somewhere to reset the NBN modem. The wifi was fine and stayed connected all the time but the NBN needed a reset. without any obvious spot or guide, we switched off the power and turned it back on again to fix it.
Summary: Absolutely Fantastic and memorable experience.
