The living and dining room features lovely views of Rosny Hill, and has a four-seat dining table, comfortable three seat couch, large mounted flat screen TV, and large split system. Enjoy a 15-minute walk around the harbour to Rosny Hill Park to take in the view of Bellerive, or head up to Rosny Hill Lookout for expansive views of the Derwent River.
Getting Around:
Metro Tasmania bus stop on nearby Cambridge Street can take you into Hobart, or choose the scenic 15-minute ferry ride with Derwent Ferries from nearby Bellerive Pier to cruise into Hobart’s Brooke Street Pier.
Hobart Airport is a convenient 15-minute drive from the property. Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam scooters to hire via apps.
