Montreux on High is over 100 years old lovingly renovated and restored mixed with the new and many original features. So much history in this lovely home only 5 minutes from the CBD. Situated in the gateway to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Gorgeous beaches and wineries to explore. Close to public transport and the ferry to Melbourne and The Spirit of Tasmania. Close to all fast food, Supermarkets, gym and Adventure Park.
The space
Montreux is newly renovated and restored, it is close to town and public transport, the house is on our 1.5 acre property with own entrance and yard. The kitchen has microwave, electric fry pan , Air fryer, fridge, toaster and kettle.. there is also a Webber for a bbq .
A space for working remotely, a gorgeous children's playroom lots of books , toys and games, spacious living areas with TV, Netflix , books to read. The bedrooms are large and spacious. Two bathrooms one with a full bath.
Guest access
Front garden of property is for guests and rear yard for guests also . The entire house is for guests use. The property is secured with high fencing and double gates at front of property.
Other things to note
Montruex is conveniently located to Geelong CBD all hospitals and Deakin University waterfront Campus. The bay area is lovely with many bars, cafes and restaurants. The botanic gardens, Art Gallery, Library and Cinema, there is a large Westfield, plenty for kids to be entertained.
Heading down the coast there are wineries, great places to eat and Adventure Park. Easy drive to Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. You might like to visit Queenscliff and take the ferry to Sorrento. If you like golf there are many lovely Golf courses, Curlewis driving range and mini golf is a 7 minute drive, the range is a great family venue and the food is lovely.
