There are four spacious bedrooms with one separate bedroom attached to the main home with its own bathroom facilities and entry great for the in-laws or the adult kids to come and go as they please. Outside is a sunny deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ. The home also boasts direct access to Shoreham Beach and is only a ten minute walk to Point Leo beach.
