This renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property in the heart of Bawley Point offers a luxury ocean view. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with warmth and a sense of serenity. Enjoy the early morning sun from this home's elevated back verandah while enjoying your coffee from the provided coffeemaker, and listen to the sounds of nature as you rest and unwind at this magnificent hideaway.
This lavish home has an open-plan living and dining space as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenitiesyou'll need for cooking or barbecuing.
This home has 2 floors. Please note that there is a staircase within the premises.
The expansive ocean and surrounding views can be thoroughly appreciatedfrom the kitchen's big, covered balcony. A spacious master bedroom features an outstanding bathroom with a free-standing bath where you can relax.
There are two bedrooms and combinedbathroom/laundry downstairs. After a day at the beach, unwind in the Games Room, which features the 'PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN' vintage pinball game, a brand-new X-box Series S, and another smart television for catching up on your favourite streaming shows. The games room is located downstairs and is accessible via the garage.
This excellent home provides a magnificent ocean view experience, with supplied linen, free Wi-Fi, and ducted air conditioning to ensure you have everything you need for a stress-free trip.

The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, or other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
The backyard is fully fenced, and the home is pet-friendly!
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key-safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in New South Wales for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Bawley Point is about 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. If you want to go fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters, there is plenty of off-street parking and space for a boat.
The gorgeous Gannet and Murramarang beaches are only a 4-minute walk from the house. These, as well as eight more nearby beaches, are only a few minutes distant by car.
Bawley Vale Vineyard is worth a cellar door visit, while Milton and Mollymook's world-class restaurants are only a 25-minute drive away. Drive just 30 minutes west to the Clyde River Berry Farm, where you may harvest your own berries and peruse wonderful preserves and local bush honey in December and January.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

Note: Please be reminded that pets are not allowed in the Bedroom.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

3. Pets are not allowed on the bed, furniture, linen, or bath towels.
4. Kindly pick up your pet’s poo, place it in a plastic bag, and dispose of it in the wheely bin.
