The accommodation
The Chalet is located in Higashiyama, on an elevated flat site on the edge of a forest area, immersing you in the flourishing nature of Niseko. Just 10 minutes from Hirafu, our chalet is in an ideal location, close enough to the town centre and main lifts to enjoy the restaurants and activities, but far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle. The famous Milk Kobo, Prativo (pizza) restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and the nearest ski lift, Green Leaf, is a 2 minute drive away. Niseko Village/Hilton is a 3 minute drive from the house, another option for ski lifts or a golf course and activity centre in summer! We are also 5 minutes away from various Onsen. If you have children, you can choose from the various ski schools available nearby (GoSnow, Niseko United, Niseko International Snowsports...).
The main airport is Chitose Airport in Sapporo, two hours from home. We can help you to arrange your transportation to the house.

Traveller Access
As a guest, you have access to all rooms, however, please note that in accordance with Japanese law and for safety reasons, you are not allowed to use the fireplace. We will lock it before your arrival. We also have personal storage rooms that are locked and you will not be allowed to access them. Thank you for your understanding.
Other notes
Prior to your arrival, we will put you in touch with Paul Kaye and his team at Niseko Resort Holdings who can co-ordinate your arrival/departure and assist you with any other requests you may have. Please note that all foreign drivers in Japan must carry their home country's driving licence while driving, as well as an international driving licence issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention. Without them, it is illegal to drive.
If you are more than 8 people, we suggest you hire another small car. Delivery by car only to the house.
If you are travelling with young children, please remember that our house has a staircase.
