New split system air conditioning units have been installed in the lounge/dining room and an additional 2 bunk bedrooms for guests have added comfort in the summer for up to 8 guests or 2 families to enjoy. Enjoy a BBQ on the covered deck, equipped with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Mt Martha is known for abundant, colourful bird life, which inhabit this leafy area.
North Haven is located at the end of a no through road and is fully fenced so privacy and peace are assured. The property is equipped with an indoor fireplace, wireless internet, 2 living rooms and one master ensuite.
The property has 4 bedrooms (2 x queens) with robes, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, 2 x bunk bedroom, sleeping 8 guests or 2 families in total. A separate laundry houses a washing machine/dryer combined.
On entrance through the covered veranda walk into an open plan lounge (with fireplace) dining (for 6) and a quaint older style kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and stove.
