The Bosch washer and dryer in one are located in the living room cupboard. A drying rack is also provided.
**Special conditions and notes**:
>Access is via a steep but safe driveway.
>Bedrooms & Light - The bedrooms are fitted with shade blinds/screens. These reduce light but do not block it. The Master loft bedroom is screened from the living area below but is partially open to this space (as shown in photos).
>Car parking - There is just one car park available at this holiday home. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Atawhai Drive.
>Noise in the area - While this holiday home is elevated & well set-back from the main road & far from the port, Nelson's waterfront areas can be busy & all properties within these areas may be subject to some road & port noise.
>Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.
>Stairs - this home has stairs between the car port, loft level and the main level with its living areas, bathroom & second bedroom.
